With Mobile Check Deposit, you can easily deposit checks securely from virtually anywhere, anytime! You will need to be enrolled in Magnolia State Banks' Online Banking and have the MSB Mobile Banking App installed on your smartphone.
Mobile Deposit is available 24/7, providing the convenience to deposit checks on your schedule.
How to Use Mobile Deposits
- Open your Magnolia State Bank app and select Deposits
- You must endorse your checks in the following manner:
- Signature
- For Mobile Deposit Only - MSB
- Account number
- Signature
- You will then need to take a picture of the front and back of the check to be submitted
- Select the account that you want the check deposited into
- Enter in the amount of the check
- Enter in the email that you wish to receive your receipt for the deposit
*To use the mobile deposit feature you must have your checking account open for at least 30 days.
**Any mobile deposits received without the required restrictive endorsement may be rejected. If an item is rejected, we will notify you with an email.
