(Opens in a new Window) in order to be FDIC insured. Reloads are available through direct deposit (free) or Western Union, MoneyGram, and Green Dot (3rd party fees apply.) Daily spending limit is $2,500.00. ATM limit is $500.00 and 3 ATM transactions per day.

¹The Visa Gift Card can be used at over twenty million locations worldwide wherever Visa debit cards are accepted. Following 13 consecutive months of inactivity, a monthly fee of $4.95 will be applied to any remaining balance. Funds do not expire.
